Why do I have to open the message that I want to recall (an action that slows things down)? Why is the option in the Move group anyway? In what dimension is “recall” a “move” operation? And then why is recall hidden another level deep in the Actions? And finally, why isn’t there a recall option in the context-sensitive menu exposed when I right-click on a message?
